We were thrilled to see our work with Hanley Calibration recognised at the MEETA Asset Management Asset Management Awards 2024 in the ‘Best Practice and Innovation in Maintenance Management’ category.
Our joint Project submission centred on the integration of CompuCal GO across the asset set of Hanley Calibration’s 200+ client base. The project was driven by:
- A strategic decision to move away from paper/excel/word processes towards a full digital transformation
- An objective to collect & centralise key data points for analysis & real-time reporting and secure cost-savings.
- Operational demand to streamline work completion signoff and integrate with accounts receivable function
- Upskilling of all personnel on CompuCal GO tech
- A commitment to boost Client KPIs
The results include:
- Successful rollout of CompuCal & CompuCal Go
- 200+ Customer sites converted to digital usage
- Streamlined standardisation of calibration & maintenance processes for all
Hanley clients - Documentation Practice errors reduced to 0
- Use of Paper has reduced by 90% and is soon to be 100%.
- Employee & Customer satisfaction has increased significantly
- Time on customer sites reduced
- Real time insights, centralised reporting on Power BI
- Significant time savings and cost efficiencies
